The role involves front‐desk duties, administrative support, and customer service.ResponsibilitiesAttend to visitors and clients, both external and internal.Handle telephone calls, screen calls and direct to appropriate departments.Manage appointments and calendar of executives.Perform basic administrative tasks: filing, document control, data entry.Assist Human Resources with onboarding and visitor registration.Process invoices, generate payment receipts and maintain accounting records.Operate office equipment and office software (Microsoft Office, Contpaq, etc.).
