Responsibilities
- Receive and effectively handle telephone calls and office visitors.
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Accountable for the shipments of interoffice, regular mail and Purolator mail for the Owen Sound Branch.
- Pre-process employee expense reports using the factoring method for GST/HST/QST.
- Complete office filing, shipping and receiving.
- Complete bank deposits.
- Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Property/building maintenance administration (contacting sub-contractors, ordering supplies, etc.).
- Other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Office Administration.
- Post Secondary Education in Business administration or a related field considered an asset. ...
