About the Organization Founded in 1955 as the Lutheran Sunset Home of Saskatoon, LutherCare provides excellence in care, housing, and community services within a nurturing Christian environment. We offer a continuum of living in which individuals may remain a part of a nurturing and supportive community even as their needs change. We work on our own and in partnership with the Lutheran community, government agencies and private developers. We own and or operate facilities in Saskatoon, Regina, Outlook and Estevan. Position The Recreation Programmer is a key member of the Group Home division in LutherCare Communities (LCC), responsible for assisting adults with cognitive and physical disabilities in a residential setting with educational, social and recreational needs, and to organize and carry out activities.
