Candidate must meet as many of the below requirements to be considered:
• 5+ years of HR experience • Excellent follow up and multitasking skills • Experience managing sensitive and personal data • Handling of third party vendors
• Ensuring background checks are delivered on time as per SLA
• Excellent communications skills, english and spanish • Excellent soft skills is a must • Knowledge on local labor regulations is a plus
This role will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and will be in constant interaction with new hires.
The Onboarding specialist will be responsible for getting a smooth onboarding process to TCS for selected candidate as welll as will also be responsible for the closure of background check processes and for handling personal documents for internal HR use.
