**Key Responsibilities**
- Post and manage job ads across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate with hiring managers
- Assist with market research and talent mapping for strategic recruitment
**What We’re Looking For**
- Excellent written & spoken English (*Required*)
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support (*Required Experience*)
