What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and place candidates for blue‑collar / frontline roles (e.g. production, warehouse, F&B, operations)
• Post and optimise job ads across MCF, FastJobs, JobStreet, social platforms
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates efficiently (walk‑ins / WhatsApp / calls)
• Manage high‑volume pipelines and ensure fast turnaround for clients
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placements
• Maintain accurate tracking of candidates using Excel
