Recruitment Resourcer

Due to the continued success and growth of our Toronto office we are hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to join the healthcare team. In this role, you will be working with a range of leading public, private, hospitals, clinics and digital health firms across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Source, network with and connect with healthcare professionals
• Consult with candidates and advise on recruitment processes in the healthcare and digital health sectors.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Screen CVs and identify a perfect match for specific roles.

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years experience in a recruitment, preferably within an agency environment
