Source for potential candidates through various platforms i.e. Job Advertisement portals, Linked-In, Referral Program, Social Media, networking, Recruitment Database etc. Review resumes, conduct phone screens, manage in-person interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
