**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese or Spanish fluently to interact with the local stakeholder management.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 13 years of experience in problem solving, third-party vendor relationships, user documentation, and user training.
- Understanding of how to communicate large complex change.
- Ability to derive insights from data and metrics, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
- Ability to work within constraints as well as to test the status quo.
