About This Opportunity
Your Tasks - Definition and deployment of regional category strategies in close alignment with global strategic framework
- Act as reliable expert to share Regional Procurement and Category know-how within international Procurement team and relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for tendering, negotiation and contract handling of regional projects against the overall target to maximize the Procurement value contribution (e.g. cost development, supply security, improved service level, agility, sustainability & innovation)
- Responsible for compliance with Procurement standards, methods and processes, stakeholder management and sustainable interface towards demand owner and Procurement community
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new suppliers
- Perform supplier evaluation to develop and improve supplier portfolio and focus on supplier relationship management
