Neo Financial is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead profitability and success in the British Columbia region. The role includes managing and developing District Managers, driving sales growth, optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a high‑performance sales culture.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and drive revenue growth.

Manage and mentor District Managers, providing coaching, support, and guidance to ensure they meet sales targets.

Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and optimize CAC across all districts.

Ensure District Managers effectively recruit, onboard, and develop their teams, including Store Managers and sales representatives.

Spearhead regional sales training initiatives and ensure consistent delivery of company sales programs.
