Regional Sales Manager – Door-to-Door (Telecom)

GTA & GTA North | Field-Based Leadership Role

We’re hiring a driven, results-obsessed Regional Sales Manager to lead our Door-to-Door (D2D) telecom sales teams across the GTA and GTA North . This role is built for a proven field leader who knows how to build winning teams, dominate territory, and consistently outperform aggressive sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage up to 7 District Managers and their field sales teams.
• Own regional performance and crush monthly and quarterly sales targets .
• Drive execution across Bell-style residential products (internet, TV, mobility).
• Spend 70–75% of your time in the field , coaching, riding, and holding teams accountable.
