About the role

We’re hiring a Regional VP for EMEA to own and lead our UKI, Benelux, and Nordics business. You’ll inherit a team of nine quota‑carrying enterprise AEs across three hubs: London, Amsterdam, and Stockholm, and be responsible for building the management layer, operating model, and partner ecosystem that takes Northern Europe from early traction to consistent, scaled revenue.

This is a Director‑level hire with second‑line ambition. You’ll report directly to the VP EMEA and operate with meaningful autonomy across pipeline, hiring, partner relationships, and executive engagement.

Northern Europe represents the highest growth potential in EMEA. The UKI holds the largest LangChain user base and enterprise footprint in the region, while the Nordics and Benelux are building strong momentum with significant upside ahead.
