Position Summary

We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and execution-focused Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to lead Visual Merchandising for Fenty across Latin America.

This role is responsible for translating global brand vision into impactful, locally relevant retail execution across a diverse regional footprint, primarily within specialty beauty retailers and department stores. The scope covers retail design, permanent fixtures, seasonal updates, new product launches, new country launches, planograms, and in-store visual standards, ensuring a strong and consistent brand expression across markets while adapting to local business needs and retail formats.
