Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.  We are now hiring a Weekend On-Call Registered Nurse in Brooklyn, NY . The Registered Nurse delivers care to individuals with disabilities in a community setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This person will interact with individuals, significant others, and health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing. This position will support the Manhattan and Queens, NY regions.   Starting pay is $47.00/ per hour  *Must have OPWDD and QIDP experience* Responsibilities
