Regional Intervention in Psychosis

Role Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Mental Health, the registered nurse is responsible for the provision of knowledge transfer, inter‑collaborative care planning and system coordination. The registered nurse will be an employee of North Bay Regional Health Centre and accountable to the Regional Mental Health portfolio. The incumbent will embody compassionate person‑focused shared‑care in line with best practice principles and frameworks such as the Navigate Model, EPION Best Practice Standards, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioural Therapies, family supports, and accountability to their regulatory body. Additionally, the incumbent reflects a commitment to the organization’s values and ensures the safety of workers, patients, volunteers, visitors, and promotes an inclusive culture addressing the diverse needs of the population.
