Registered Nurse – The Heights at Mt., Baptist Housing’s vibrant seven‑story long‑term care community in Saanich, BC.

In this leadership role, you’ll support residents’ health and wellness while mentoring care teams and ensuring clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in clinical care planning, complex assessments, and decision‑making.
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, and interventions for residents with unstable conditions.
• Mentor and guide care aides and LPNs to deliver consistent, high‑quality care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, person‑centred care plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation using clinical systems and electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Uphold health and safety protocols, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
