In this role, you'll assist in monitoring residents’ health and developing patient care plans. You will manage and evaluate nursing staff assignments and lead the nursing department when required. Your contributions will support the quality and standards of care provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care according to nursing standards
• Monitor and assess resident health and progress
• Evaluate performance of nursing staff and provide feedback
• Lead nursing operations in the Director’s absence
• Ensure adherence to policies and physician orders
