Stedman Community Hospice at St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre Brantford is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. Our 10-bed residence gives people who are living with a palliative diagnosis the opportunity to live with dignity and comfort in a place that feels like home. 

 
The Registered Nurse will assume a lead role in providing high quality end of life care to the residents at Stedman Community Hospice. As part of the interdisciplinary team, the RN contributes to the development, implementation and communication of the resident’s care plan and reports any substantial findings and/or changes in resident’s condition and actively contributes to solutions.
