We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our aged care team at Kilpatrick Court - Toronto. This role is permanent Full Time Afternoon Shifts.

Full-Time Roster with RDO

Week 1 & 2 Afternoon Shifts: 14.00pm - 22.30pm

• Monday
• Tuesday
• Wednesday
• Thursday
• Sunday

You will be an experienced RN, having the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
