Thames Valley Family Health Team is looking for a Registered Pharmacist for Oxford County and Middlesex London. The Thames Valley Family Health Team is one of the largest Family Health Teams (FHT) in Ontario, with more than 125 physicians across 20 plus sites within London/Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin counties.
