In this role, you will provide leadership in mental health care for individuals facing various challenges such as addictions and suicide attempts. The Nurse will coordinate case management, medication monitoring, and clinical direction. Communication in one of Nunavut’s official languages is advantageous to connect effectively with local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute comprehensive care plans for patients
• Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient needs
• Implement crisis intervention strategies within the community
• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care
