The Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency (C.A.R.E.) Centre is currently welcoming a **full-time** Surgery, Anesthesia **Registered Veterinary Technologist** to join our surgery service.

**The successful candidate will possess:**

+ Excellent interpersonal skills and compassion for the needs of their clients.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work efficiently on your own and with a team.
+ This position involves providing anesthesia for our board-certified surgeons. Being assigned daily to the surgeon who is operating, alternating procedures with another surgery technician.
+ Anesthesia with a ventilator and epidurals are common practice and are performed almost daily.
