Position: Relationship Manager

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Attingal, Kollam, Kottarakkara, punalur, Anchal, Alappuzha, Aluva

Preferring Male candidates for Aluva, Kollam Locations.

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

Generate revenue through leads from 4–5 assigned banks

Communicate and implement incentive programs for bank staff

Ensure smooth sales completion (medical reports & policy issuance)

Identify and develop new market segments

Build a strong customer base for cross-selling & up-selling

Maintain long-term relationships with bank staff

Eligibility Criteria

Age: Up to 35 years

Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline)

Minimum 1+ year of insurance sales, BFSI,banking sales experience

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
