About the Role

A U.S.-based residential real estate closing firm is hiring an experienced Remote Bookkeeper to support its accounting manager with day-to-day bookkeeping across a high volume of transactions. This is an internal, back-office role — you will not be client-facing. Your job is to lighten the accounting manager's load by owning the daily mechanics cleanly and accurately, so she can focus on higher-level work and the firm's CPA team can handle the rest.

This is a structured role with established systems and clear procedures. You'll run those systems, not redesign them.
