About This Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize three inboxes (personal, work, shared investor inbox).
- Proofread and edit all outgoing communications to improve clarity and accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain agendas, collect participant notes, and track follow-ups.
- Attend meetings as needed to capture action items and enforce accountability.
- Research and implement tools for reviews, CRM, and process optimization.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional written communication skills – must be a stronger writer.
- Tech‑comfortable and adaptable to evolving systems and tools.
- Proven experience handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets), or similar task‑management platforms.
