Role Description

Analyte Health is currently seeking a licensed LVN/LPN. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing telephonic intake services and sexual health counseling under the direction of the healthcare provider.

• Intake Process/Chart/Document patient consultations in the practice's EMR
• Perform Sexual Health Counseling (over the phone)
