Duties & Responsibilities
Achieves quota by selling license/product renewal by phone and email, may offer upsell opportunities when applicable.
Provides product renewal date and pricing details to the customer in advance to ensure timely renewal.
Works within an established customer and territory.
Identifies lead generation opportunities to expand territory and drive upsells.
Analyzes customer feedback to capture customer product expectations, experience, satisfaction and abandonment propensity in the CRM system.
Provides accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
Builds and maintains a positive relationship with customers.
Works with other teams such as Sales Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of a CRM system
