Position Description: Rentals Manager Reports to: President

Primary Function: Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Sentrimax Rentals division, ensuring all field and office operations consistently align with company values, policies, safety standards, and financial objectives. Rentals Manager is responsible for driving business performance through effective planning, asset management, customer service excellence, and cross functional coordination. Provide the leadership required to achieve service and sales objectives, maintain budget and P&L accountability, ensuring regulatory compliance, resolve customer and employee issues, and support continuous improvement to strengthen Sentrimax’ s competitive position and operational efficiency.
