Replenishment Analyst – Role Overview

The Replenishment Analyst role is a full‑time permanent position responsible for managing replenishment for specific product categories. The role involves collaboration with suppliers, internal teams, and cross‑functional partners such as Category Management, Forecasting, and Promotions to ensure optimal inventory flow to Distribution Centres.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and maintain supplier relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Mine and analyze data to support decision‑making and inventory planning
• Resolve problems rapidly and think on feet
• Develop seasonal inventory and replenishment strategies
• Coordinate Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)
• Support supply‑chain functions including operations planning, transportation, distribution, and inventory management
• Own and be accountable for results and metrics
