Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a communications program, creating plans and collateral for initiatives directed at impacted stakeholders.
• Create transparent, simplified messages and content for diverse audiences, using visuals, written materials, and learning experiences.
• Synthesize and simplify complex ideas, translating technical concepts for business audiences.
• Support professional communications efforts, including execution and evaluation of initiatives, programs, projects, and work plans.
• Lead initiatives in Operational Risk Management (ORM), including the colleague portal and All Hands Calls.
