Position Overview

Research and Clinical Trial Coordinator for the Lehman Research Group in the Department of Medical Genetics, University of British Columbia. Full‑time equivalent 0.5FTE (18.75hours per week). This role supports the coordination of small clinical trials, participant recruitment, regulatory compliance, data management, and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and submission of research regulatory documents (ethics, permits, Health Canada submissions).
• Facilitate patient recruitment and obtain informed consent.
• Collect, manage, and report data using clinical trial management software.
• Administer project documentation, recordkeeping, and collaboration with the Clinical Research Unit at VGH.
