Description

The Department of Medicine in the Cumming School of Medicine invites applications for a Clinical Research Nurse. This Fixed Term Recurring Part‑time position is for approximately 12 months (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension.

This position reports to the Team Leader with accountabilities to the Principal Investigator. The research nurse works within the framework of the University and the Clinical Trials Unit within the faculty of Medicine, Endocrinology. The work will be conducted with the Endocrinology research team and will occur primarily at the Clinical Trials Unit in Richmond Road Diagnostic and Treatment Centre. The work environment involves considerable time spent on a computer, and interacting with research participants virtually or in the endocrinology unit. The research nurse role will have a substantial impact on the success of the research projects.
