The Responsive Behaviour Navigator is a core member of the partnership between Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare and Behaviour Supports Ontario (BSO) throughout Windsor-Essex County. Reporting to the Manager of Specialized Geriatrics at HDGH, this role will provide an extensive behavioural assessment for inpatient individuals age 55+ that present with behavioural expressions as a result of a dementia or other neurocognitive deficit(s). The successful candidate will provide non-pharmacological recommendations to the hospital health care team via capacity building, in-person modeling, observation and follow-ups of clients.
