We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our dining outlets. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership, innovative service, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Ensure budget adherence, resolve audit challenges, manage labor costs, and oversee inventory levels.

+ Implement and maintain restaurant software systems, including Symphony and Open Table.

+ Hire, train, and evaluate restaurant staff. Develop training programs and coordinate onboarding.

+ Oversee staff performance, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and manage daily operations.
