Channel Management & Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact for Local retailers' category managers and buyers; Negotiate floor space, shelf positioning, and promotional slots; Develop and execute annual/quarterly joint business plans (JBP) with Home improvement retail chainsSales & Sell-out Optimization: Analyze weekly sales data (Sell-in/Sell-out) and inventory levels; Design and implement localized promotional activities; Monitor competitor activities.Retail Excellence & Store Operations: Conduct regular store visits; Supervise and mentor in-store promoters; Coordinate the logistics of new product displays.Financial & Budget Management: Manage the channel budget (rebates, marketing funds); Ensure all commercial agreements are executed accurately.Perfil buscado (h/m)
