Reporting to the Manager, Business Development and Retail Operations, the Gift Shop Operations Lead oversees daily operations of the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (OTMH) Gift Shop and Convenience Store, ensuring strong financial performance and excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include supervising and training Volunteers and Gift Shop Staff, managing purchasing and inventory, analyzing sales and buying trends, maintaining accurate sales records and overseeing merchandise quality, pricing and profitability.
