The Role

We are currently searching for a Retail Store Manager , reporting to the District Manager. This vacancy is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The Store Manager plays a critical part in bringing our stores to life every day and you will lead from the front by being present and working alongside your team in a fast-paced environment to support daily operations. You will be responsible for driving overall store performance, developing and coaching employees, and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for both customers and staff.

This role requires a strong balance of leadership, operational accountability, and flexibility. Successful candidates are comfortable adapting to changing business needs, supporting a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends as required, and maintaining close connection to day to day store activity.
