What You’ll Do?

1. Drive Sales & Revenue Growth

• Own the store’s revenue performance—achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Track and optimize key metrics like footfall, conversion rates, ABV, and customer loyalty.
• Lead from the front in upselling and cross-selling excellence.
• Conceptualize and execute promotions, campaigns, and in-store activations.
