Retail Operation Specialist

The Retail Operation Specialist, reporting to the Head of Retail, will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing retail operational activities across all direct Stores and Corners. The role directly contributes to operational excellence, stock efficiency, process implementation, and commercial performance, ensuring alignment with the Company’s retail standards and business strategy.

Main Responsibilities

Retail Operation & Store Support

• Supervise and support daily retail operational activities across Stores and Corners
• Ensure operational standards, procedures, and retail guidelines are consistently applied
• Monitor and improve store operational performance through KPI analysis and reporting
