Essential Duties and responsibilities

• Lead discussions on Retail planning outlook to support accurate forecasting, strategic plans, and in-year plan achievement
• Supports HLF forecasting, demand planning and consensus approach, via the S&OP process, facilitating ongoing ‘Risks and Opportunities’ identification and timely solutions
• Lead or support strategic projects that enhance Sales Planning capabilities
• Drive the activity/solutions gap to sales forecast and budget. Ensure that cross-functionally gaps are reviewed, resolved or escalated with recommendations and alternatives for closure. Lead and facilitate cross functional teams to coordinate execution to rectify gap to plan.
• Plays a leadership role in the innovation process, working cross‑functional partners to deliver against Innovation Best Practices, KPIs, within Slotting Fee Budget and Planogram key launch windows
