Elevate retail operations as an Assistant Store Manager, driving sales goals and customer satisfaction while supporting the Store Manager. Act as Manager on Duty during their absence for seamless store management.
In this role, you will assist with overseeing operations, staff management, and merchandising efforts. Your focus will include providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and developing team members through training and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations and staff assignments
• Assist in merchandise stocking and daily shipments
• Address and resolve customer service escalations
• Train and coach employees for growth
• Manage cash and perform opening/closing responsibilities
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in retail settings
• At least two years in a management role
