About the Role
As a Retention - Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their legal process. This position focuses on delivering empathetic support, ensuring case progress, and strengthening client relationships.
This role contributes directly to revenue stability and GMV retention by helping reduce cancellations and reinforcing client confidence in our services.

- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients and provide follow-up on documents, signatures, and case requirements.
