• 5 + years in luxury hotel group sales, events, or operations.
• Experience with high - end leisure groups and wellness retreats.
• Fluent in english, additional languaje are a plus.

Key Responsabilities:

• Oversee operational planning and execution of retreats and group bookings.
• Conduct group resume, BEO reviews, and pre-con meetings.
• Coordinate with related teams at the hotel.
• Understands group profitability and revenue optimization.
• Search for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
