Job Purpose: The RMA Admin is responsible for efficiently managing customer returns and damaged inventory across multiple warehouses, handling high-volume requests, coordinating with internal teams and manufacturers, and ensuring accurate tracking of approvals, credits, and inventory-related transactions.
