Overview The Returns Service Representative Jr. is the primary point of contact for addressing basic returns related customer concerns, managing interaction records, analyzing feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.

- Respond to returns related customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, keeping clients informed of offerings and promotions.
