THIS POSITION IS ONBOARD The Revenue & Marketing Analyst (RMA) is responsible for supporting efforts to generate shipboard revenue by analyzing data and delivering insights. The RMA provides critical visibility to shipboard and shoreside revenue leaders, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. In addition to revenue, the RMA also analyzes and reports on guest satisfaction. With access to cutting-edge tools and data, the RMA plays an integral role in the brand’s ambition to drive impact with sales and promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives, enhancing the guest experience and contributing directly to the company's financial success.
