About This Opportunity
**Role Purpose**
Manage Revenue Management for Hire (RMH), including inbound Revenue stream and outbound service, and Manage Specialists. Responsible for Budgets and Expenses for both teams.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Develop and manage the RMH service model for Franchise Hotels under contract
+ Develops and executes service monitoring for RMH standards to Franchise Hotels under contract
+ Provide training to RMH Teams and Specialists.
+ Responsible for management of contracts signed to RMH service.
+ Manage analysis and actions performance against strategies.
**Key Skills & Experiences**
**Education –** B.S. /B.A. in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
**Experience –** 8+ years progressive work-related experience in hotel operations management, revenue management or consulting, with at least 3 years experience with reservations systems and revenue management systems, (preferably Concerto and N2Pr...
