Revenue Operations Manager – Global Revenue Planning & Reporting

Lightspeed is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to oversee GTM governance, operating rules, and performance tooling. The role defines how the GTM organization runs—setting policies, business rules, and system requirements that keep Sales, Marketing, and Finance aligned.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own GTM operating rules, defining and maintaining rules of engagement around account categorization, routing, ownership, and lifecycle status.
• Translate policies into system requirements, acting as a bridge between GTM leadership and Information Systems.
• Own metric governance—define metric definitions, attribution rules, and reporting standards.
• Govern major GTM process changes—lead cross‑functional alignment on process changes.
