Job Function :

Responsible for all the enterprise risk management initiatives, include the development, implementation and application of risk metrics and methodologies also the monitoring all Company risk as well as ensuring the compliances with all the regulation both from holding and or regulator.

Responsibilities :

1. Organize and monitoring the execution of governance calendar in terms of regulatory report (regular and or adhoc); mandatory training related to Risk Management; Committee Meeting related to Risk Management and Compliance
2. Actively involve as Risk Management advisor on New Product Plan/ Initiatives
3. Ensure and monitoring the execution of Company Risk Register (RCSA); Risk Profile and FRS.
4. Creating gap analysis on new published regulations and do planning for improvement action in order to comply with new regulations.
5. Conduct socialization to all respective Business Units...
